I started the entire process before moving day, almost a month in advance. I spoke with Tatiana from the beginning and always received very accurate and prompt information. I was truly impressed with the level of communication I was able to have. I felt the conversation was very intimate. When the moving day was decided and I got my visa, I received all the information I needed smoothly. I think everything was very clear in terms of next steps and what was expected of me and what was expected of One Moving. On moving day, the people who packed everything were very professional. They arrived on time, respected the other apartments, and packed everything quickly. My biggest concern was my computer and monitor. I was very happy to see that they treated my things “with care.” After the move, I continued to communicate with Tatiana and Marcos by email. I received the contact details for the company that would deliver the moving in Cambridge and have also stayed in touch with them. The delivery here in Cambridge was also very smooth and much faster than expected. It was a little longer than the 30 days door-to-door I’d planned, but in the end, it worked out perfectly because it coincided with my rental date here. All the pieces were in order when they unboxed them, and I was very impressed with the wooden box the monitor came in. The delivery people also assembled everything that had been disassembled (table, shelves), and all the screws were there. How incredible is that? Hahaha. Overall, I was super satisfied with One Moving. They took away any frustration or stress I thought I would experience with this move. It was a breeze!
